Obligations and contracts

Obligations are legal constraints created between two or more entities, creditor and debtor, by reason of which the debtor undertakes to perform a certain service in favour of the creditor, in accordance with the rules of the legal system, and the specific agreements.

They may arise from the law, from contracts, from a unilateral will, from an unlawful fact or from any other fact other than the previous ones, provided that it is suitable to produce them.

In particular, SLS – Lawyers deals with the drafting of typical or atypical contracts that constitute, regulate or terminate legal property relations, whose function is to protect the rights and interests of the Client in the relationship with the other contractor.
